Campus Director:
The Campus Director provides oversight and works closely with the houseparents, case manager, and others to ensure the children's needs and goal plans are being met. He or she will be responsible for providing responsible for providing training to houseparents and other staff; and may occasionally welcome visitors and conduct campus tours.
Potential candidate must:
- Have at least three consecutive years of experience successfully houseparenting with at least one organization.
- Possess a gospel centered life
- A calling on their life to work with children from hard places
- Should view leadership as a calling, have a desire to develop their leadership skills, and lead with compassion.
- Have an active lifestyle in which they can pursue relationship building and connection with children and youth in various ways.
Salary & Benefits:
- $45,199 - $49,941
- 403b Retirement (after waiting period)
- 2 weeks vacation for first year (vacation days increase with longevity up to 4 weeks)
