ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PORTALES
New Mexico Baptist Children's Home has an excellent full-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant on the Portales campus. This position will provide support in order to have an effective office environment. Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, greeting and directing visitors, assisting staff, managing data, and more.
Applicants must be mature, Christian persons active in a Southern Baptist Church, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to communicate effectively, a team player, have a high school degree or equivalent, organizational and administrative skills; data entry experience will be helpful.
