A Spring Break Adventure

by Dana Philips

Imagine being a child and experiencing the joy of going on a trip, maybe even a place you have never been. That's exactly what the children at the Baptist Children's Home are feeling as they prepare for their spring break trip to Albuquerque. Thanks to the generosity of kind-hearted donors, these children are able to explore the fun places in their state.

The trip is not just a fun-filled adventure, but also a valuable learning experience that will stay with them for a lifetime. It's inspiring to see how one act of kindness can make a difference in the lives of these children, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it.

While they will find loads of fun during their trip, one of the highlights of the trip is the visit to the Albuquerque Zoo. The children will get to see a wide variety of animals, including elephants, giraffes, and tigers. The zoo also has a special exhibit on dinosaurs. The children love to explore and see all the different animals.

In addition to the zoo, the children will also get to visit other fun attractions in Albuquerque, such as the Aquarium and Electric Playground.  They will also worship with a local church on Sunday.

None of this would be possible without the generosity of people like you. Your donations have provided the funds to make this trip a reality. You have helped to give these children an experience they will never forget and have enriched their lives in a meaningful way.

The house parents are grateful for your support and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable trip for the children. They will be sure to take plenty of pictures and share their experiences with you when they return. Please pray for them as they set off for this adventure.

Thank you for making a difference in the lives of these children. Your generosity has made it possible for them to have a spring break trip they will always remember.
